2018 KS Riesling
The wine was made with a responsive winemaking approach to preserve fruit purity. The fruit was handpicked and gently crushed with only the best free run fruit juice used. It was then cold settled and cool fermented with QA23 yeast until the optimal balance was struck then cooled to stop the ferment. The wine was stabilised prior to filtration and bottling.
Aromas of melons spice with grapefruit and lime notes on the nose. The palate is led by a wealth of citrus, sweet spice and wild lavender. A firm zippy acid line carries these flavours through the palate and leaves a clean and refreshing feel.
