Made from a select parcel of Sangiovese, this Rosé is a spicy and refreshing take on the Italian variety. Aromas of red cherries and strawberries mix with a dusting of dried spice, leading into a palate with flavours of bright red currants, raspberry, rose petal and cinnamon spice. 

Winemaking
The fruit was handpicked and gently crushed with only the best free run fruit juice used. It was then cold settled and cool fermented with neutral yeast to dryness. The wine was stabilised prior to filtration and bottling.
